Finding an apartment or a home in Fulton County isn't really that difficult, there are rentals available throughout the major city of Atlanta as well as in all of the outer areas of the city. The best towns for renters typically provide adequate transportation, ease of access into the city and offer recreational activities and entertainment close to home. Finding the right town for your needs all depends on what you're looking for.

Are you looking for a home that's affordable with low rent? Do you need to live really close to the big city? Would you prefer a home in an area that has a suburban feel yet remains close to it all? All of these factors will go into determining which town is right for you. Fortunately, Fulton County has a little bit of something for everyone!

College Park

Many of the homes in College Park have been renovated and are now offered for rent by investors. While the crime rate in the area is a little bit higher than certain other parts of the Atlanta metro area, College Park does have its benefits to renters, especially if you're looking to move somewhere that you can easily commute into the city. The commute into Atlanta will take about an hour during rush hour but the drive isn't so bad outside of those busy times. This area has true historic charm.

Atlanta

If you don't want to travel into the city, why not rent directly in the heart of it all?
