Please list and describe the Most Common Home Inspection Concerns found in most homes.

Buying a home is one of the most impactful decisions you are likely to make in your lifetime. It can be an exciting experience, and the prospect of owning a home of your own, considering the magnitude of such a decision, can at once be an empowering and daunting proposition. As such, it's important to be sure that the home you're buying is really a home that doesn't have any hidden faults or flaws that will take you buy surprise later. That's why hiring a trained and certified home inspector is a vital part of the home purchasing-process, to make sure the home you're paying for is really the home you'll get.

HOME SWEET HOME

A singe home represents the complex interconnected workings of a great many other, smaller systems, each of should be inspected before you consider putting money down on a select property. Gas, electrical, plumbing and other such utilities are all elements which should be inspected before buying a home. Many faults and flaws with these systems are hard to detect and, as such, require the trained eye and expertise of a professional who knows what to look for and what can and should be done about any property damage he or she might come across in the process of their inspection. In addition, a qualified inspector from Inspect-All Services will be able to identify potential unwanted guests, such as ants, termites, rats, and other dangerous and harmful infestations.

DAMAGE CONTROL

As stated, there are various types of property damage that a home may have which may require the trained eye of a professional to spot. Damage such as that caused by water leaks and termite infestation may not be readily visible, but can be incredibly hazardous to both your health and to the long-term property value of your home. No home is perfect, but knowledge of existent flaws is vital information to have.

EXPERIENCE

Hiring a professionally-trained, ASHI-certified home inspector from Inspect-All Services to come and inspect your potential new home before you make a purchase may seem costly, but it's an all-too-necessary and even cost-saving move. There are a variety of ways in which your new home may be damaged which you - and the person or realtor selling you this home - may be apt to miss. Further, many real estate agents will include a home inspection clause in any deal for a home. Identifying issues with a certain home early on will allow you and your realtor to make a more informed, long-term decision on whether or not this home is right for you.
