High Quality Holistic Care Found at Peachtree City's Fresh Lemongrass Massage

By Courtney Clark

Senoia's Fresh Lemongrass Massage provides massages as more than just a luxury service; instead, the center aims to facilitate holistic healing to improve overall health. The calming environment, licensed therapists, and affordable services ensure that each person who enters will want to return.

Three years ago, Fresh Lemongrass opened amid the boom in the massage industry. Owner Operator Sheba Bonner explains that chronic illnesses and diseases (such as cancer and degenerative disk syndrome) are on the rise, and with it the number of people searching for natural remedies.

Fresh Lemongrass calls its wellness center the "Natural Pain Management Clinic," which provides several health benefits. Guests can come in to relieve stress, depression, and anxiety; increase blood flow, energy, and joint flexibility; improve their immune system; and much more.

Clients are put in a more relaxed state from the moment they enter. The warm, low lighting invites them to leave their problems at the door, while the earth-tone colors and décor provide a calming effect. Each service is tailored to the individual client to make sure everyone gets the care he or she needs. There are three main types of hour-long massages at Fresh Lemongrass: the Custom Massage, the Prenatal, and the Hot Stone Massage. For the first, a licensed therapist speaks with clients about special needs and tailors the massage accordingly.

According to the website, the Prenatal is "light relaxation therapy...designed to reduce the discomforts of pregnancy." The Prenatal is even safe for expecting mothers who are in their second or third trimesters.

Finally, the Hot Stone Massage is performed with smooth basalt stones. The heat combines with the pressure of the massage to loosen muscles and ease tension. Massage services begin at only $35 for the hour. The easy price point, along with the high-quality care, encourages customers to return again and again.

According to Bonner, Fresh Lemongrass operates from the belief that "natural healing should be a way of life" and "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." At this massage center, guests are encouraged to take care of themselves from the inside out. And the results are obvious: the center's high retention rate is owed to the amazing, natural results that clients receive. The high ratings across Facebook, Google, Yelp, and more speak for themselves.

Whether clients enter Fresh Lemongrass for holistic care for illnesses, such as chronic pain or disease, or to simply relax, they are in good (and licensed) hands. The locally-owned and operated center will only continue to help Senoia's residents with natural healing one massage at a time.
