Elegant And Hip Weddings At The Conservatory At Waterstone

By S. Mathur

The setting is elegant, classic and hip. The flowers, food, furniture and linens, and cake are taken care of, as are tasks like engaging a DJ and photographer. All that's left for the bride to do is to show up. The Conservatory at Waterstone is a full service ceremony site, with catering, flowers and cake provided.

"The Conservatory is a beautiful historic loft style building in downtown Acworth," owner Joanne Tubo said. "There are 30 foot high ceilings, beautiful vintage brick walls and brick walkways (this is all inside). The interior was fitted with New Orleans style black iron railings and gates throughout."

The downtown location in historic Acworth GA makes it easily accessible from Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Cartersville, Woodstock and Atlanta.

The venue, which used to be a tearoom, has been described as elegant and classic as well as hip and trendy. There's plenty of old world charm, brick walls, and high ceilings.

"The space feels like an outdoor courtyard in France, however it is all enclosed, so very comfortable no matter what the weather is," Tubo said. "For the ceremony, there is an outdoor garden area with brick pavers and wooden arbors over the guest seating area which can be fitted with silk draping and hanging moss baskets with customized flowers. People are usually very pleasantly surprised when they tour the facility and say the pictures don't do it justice."

But it's more than just a pretty venue. As well as a beautiful setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, The Conservatory offers affordable, all inclusive wedding packages, with everything covered. The venue is suitable for all sizes and types of weddings, from ten to 300 guests. Services such as in house DJs and photographers leave nothing for the bride to do except enjoy and treasure the evening.

Since opening in 2010, The Conservatory's offerings have won clients and awards. It has also been winning the Best of Wedding Wire since 2012.

"The Conservatory began winning awards within a year of starting up as a wedding venue," Tubo said. "The Knot is the top wedding website and it awards the top 5% in each category, the Best of the Knot. The Conservatory has won the award since 2012 and after 5 years in a row, qualified to enter the Knot Hall of Fame."

Clients find that The Conservatory lives up to its promise of relieving the bride and the couple's families of all stress. The planning process, food tasting sessions, and other preliminaries are handled patiently and professionally by the staff. Clients can even stop by at other weddings to get a sense of what to expect. Guests love the food, the setting, the decorations and the music and remember these for months afterwards.
