All Star Entertainment Delights With Its Variety Of Artists and Event Ideas

The next time you need entertainment for an event, call on All Star Entertainment of Roswell. There's virtually no limit to the services the consulting firm provides, whether one needs professional dancers, is organizing a casino night, or seeking someone to play Santa Claus for a holiday party.

"Depending upon the client's budget, we often provide services as small as a DJ or a strolling performer for an event, to as large as a halftime performance at the Atlanta Falcons game," says the company's founder, Steve Weindorf. "We started as a small, mom and pop entertainment company in 1988. Since then, we've grown to become the largest supplier of professional entertainment services and theme décor in the entire southeastern United States."

90% of All Star Entertainment clients come from word-of-mouth referrals. They've been hired by hotels, resorts, country clubs, Fortune 500 businesses, event planners, and the average consumer that is looking to make a splash at their next shindig. What sets the company apart, says Weindorf (other than the scope of services offered) is the attention to detail and quality of artists they work with.

"Due to the volume of work we do, we only represent the very best-rated entertainers available, who are willing to offer their services at a discounted rate. This way, our professional Event Coordinators can assist the clients in every step of their event, while still providing them with a cost savings! No matter what the size of the event, we work with our clients from beginning conception throughout the planning to the final performance, to ensure we are exceeding their expectations."

Some of the more unique offerings include the All-Star Casino Night, the All-Star Game Show, the All-Star Karaoke Extravaganza, and the All-Star Indoor Horse Derby (pictured above), the latter of which is an indoor horse racing game where participants can "bet" on a winning horse using play money. Celebrity lookalikes, comedians, magicians, hypnotists, caricature artists, bands, and audio/visual assistance are just some of the other services offered. Entertainment consultants work closely with clients to help them select artists that fit within their budget and event goals.

Recent events organized by All Star Entertainment include a casino night fundraiser for the Guardian Cup at Champions Retreat Golf Club, a dance part featuring a DJ for McEtchert Publishing, and music for a Sunday brunch. The firm is currently accepting applications from new performers and acts; applicants must have at least five years of experience in their art and a list of referrals and previous venues they have worked at.

It's been almost 30 years since All Star Entertainment launched, and the staff looks forward to what the next 30 years will bring, including new trends in entertainment. Says Weindorf, "We take great pride in our ability to design one-of-a-kind, customized events from scratch, based on the client's needs."
